Kim started her career as a small business owner, learning the true meaning of the word "scrappy."
Through growing a business as a team of one, she learned a bit about a bunch- from sales to web to advertising- and quickly found her way into roles later on that leveraged her multi-channel mindset along with her ingrained customer empathy.
After selling her business, Kim spent time as an Agile Coach, PR Manager, and Marketing Consultant before finding a way to blend skills together in planning go-to-market for B2C and B2B software companies. She has launched thirty-plus products, led customer research programs, and driven roadmaps for GTM and PLG teams in both traditional and SaaS models.
Kim las led product marketing teams at iZotope, The Predictive Index, and most recently, Splice, an industry-leading sounds platform that helps musicians realize their creative potential.
